Teaching & Training

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Clinical Supervisor. In addition to my full-time position at VC, I have served as an adjunct instructor in the Substance Abuse Counseling Program, the Correctional Officer Diversity Training, and the EMT "Train the Trainer" Program.

I have also served as an independent training consultant/trainer for the Wichita Falls ISD, United Regional Health Care Center, and Sheppard Air Force Base.

Biographical Information

I was born in Wisconsin, and lived the majority of my first eighteen years in "Titletown" (or for those of you who do not bleed green and gold, Green Bay). An adventuresome spirit and an intense dislike of below zero temperatures sent me south when it was time to consider my college education plans. While attending M.S.U., I met my husband Dennis, and shortly after I graduated we were married. I love living in Texas and do not miss the cold and snow---except maybe at Christmas. I remain a Packer fan, and I have even converted my husband!
